S.C. Code Regs. 71-911. Annual Reports

The SC/OSH Medical Records Officer shall on an annual basis review SC/OSH’s experience under this subarticle during the previous year, and prepare a report to the Commissioner of Labor which shall be made available to the public. This report shall discuss: (1) the number of written access orders approved and a summary of the purposes for access, (2) the nature and disposition of employee, collective bargaining agent, and employer written objections concerning SC/OSH access to personally identifiable employee medical information, and (3) the nature and disposition of requests for inter-agency transfer or public disclosure of personally identifiable employee medical information.
