S.C. Code Regs. 72-420. Activities Requiring Site Specific Plans

A. Land disturbing activity associated with any highway construction or maintenance project not specifically exempted in these Regulations. B. Land disturbing activity conducted for any reason under an encroachment permit, by easement or on right of way on lands under the jurisdiction of the Department.
