S.C. Code Regs. 72-435. Commission Responsibilities

A. The Commission shall retain the plan six months after completion of the project. B. The Commission has the responsibility to investigate any complaint of violation against the Department for violating the plans submitted. C. The Commission shall contact the Department to resolve any complaint. If the Commission and Department can not resolve the problem, the complainant may follow the procedure listed in R.72-440. D. The Commission shall provide assistance with plan development, inspection, and enforcement as requested by the Department.
