S.C. Code Regs. 73-410. Surety Bond Cancellation; Private Security; Private Investigations

1. Cancellation of a required surety bond will result in an immediate designation of conditionally licensed for the business. 2. The licensee must, within ten (10) days of notification of termination of bond, submit to SLED a new certificate of bond. 3. Failure to comply will render the company license invalid and the company must immediately cease the activities for which it is licensed.
