S.C. Code Regs. 88-135. Validity of License

A. A License cannot be sold, assigned, or transferred, nor shall it be valid for any premises other than those for which it was issued. B. A License shall be considered invalid if any of the information provided to the Department in the Licensing Application for the setting or program is not accurate and current. C. No setting or program shall have present more Participants than approved and so stated on the face of the License.
