S.C. Code Regs. 8-175. Investigations and Hearings

Investigation of a complaint alleging a violation of Section 40-1-110 or S.C. Code Reg. 8-170 shall be conducted in accordance with Section 40-1-80. Any hearing that is conducted as a result of an investigation must be conducted in accordance with Section 40-1-90. After a hearing and a determination by the Council that one or more of the grounds for discipline exist, the Council may impose sanctions in accordance with Section 40-1-120.
