S.C. Code Regs. 9-100.211. Limited Participation

A. A person wishing to participate in an adjudication other than as a party shall file a motion to participate as a limited participant. The motion shall state concisely the reasons why the person wishes to participate in the adjudication and the extent of participation desired. B. The Adjudicator may grant the motion if (s)he finds that the person making the motion may contribute materially to the Adjudicator’s ability to make an informed decision in the adjudication. The Adjudicator shall give the person making the motion notice of her/his decision on the motion.
