S.C. Code Regs. 9-100.53. Amendment or Supplementation of Filed Documents

A. A party shall amend or supplement a previously filed document if the party learns of a change in the facts that may affect the outcome of the adjudication. B. The Adjudicator may approve other amendments or supplements to filed documents.
