S.C. Code Regs. 9-100.71. Subpoenas

Upon request of a party, the Adjudicator may issue a subpoena requiring: A. attendance of a witness for purpose of giving testimony, and B. production of documents or things for inspection or other purposes. Upon motion of a person served with a subpoena (or by a party), the Adjudicator may quash or modify the subpoena for good cause shown.
