S.C. Code Regs. 103-224. Identification of Equipment

1. All Vehicles Must Be Marked. The carrier acquiring the use of power units under this article shall identify such equipment during the period of the lease, contract, or other arrangement in accordance with R. 103-153. 2. When Agreement Ceases, Markings Must Be Removed. The authorized carrier operating equipment under this part shall remove any legend, showing it as the operating carrier, displayed on such equipment, and shall remove any removable device showing it as the operating carrier before relinquishing possession of the equipment.
