Certain weighing devices are subject to standards and inspection.
When a fee is paid for service rendered by a weighing device, the weighing device is subject to the standards and the inspection provided by this chapter, and the person owning or operating the device is subject to its penalties. Effect of Amendment The 1994 amendment made grammatical changes.
