Certification of execution.

The executioner and the attending physician shall certify the fact of such execution to the clerk of the court of general sessions in which the sentence was pronounced. The certificate shall be filed by the clerk with the papers in the case. Effect of Amendment The 2010 amendment made nonsubstantive changes.
