Bulletin 13-02 To: Health Insurance Issuers From: Merle Scheiber, Director Date: April 22, 2013 Re: Health Rate, Form, and Binder Filings   The filing deadlines in this bulletin apply to all individual and small group health plans subject to the provisions of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. This bulletin also applies to Stand-alone Dental Plans. Each insurer wishing to sell products with effective dates on or after January 1, 2014, either inside or outside the exchange, must comply with these filing deadlines for rates, forms, and binder filings. No new filings or revisions to the filings may be made after the filing deadline, except as required by the Division. Category Deadline Inside exchange only June 15, 2013 Inside and outside exchange June 15, 2013 Outside exchange only July 19, 2013 All filings, except for those that are exclusively for outside the exchange, will be approved or disapproved on July 19, 2013.
