1 Bulletin 14-01 To: Insurance Producers From: Merle Scheiber, Director Date: March 18, 2014 Re: Agent Signatures If statute, rule, or company policy requires any application for insurance to be signed by an insurance agent, the application must be signed by the insurance agent that solicited that policy upon completion of the application. Nothing in this Bulletin prohibits an application or a signature from being completed electronically.
