Upon initiation of the procedures outlined in § 20:44:18:03 by the electrical contractor, Class B electrician, or individual performing electrical installations under an owner's exemption, the inspection procedure shall begin. If the electrical installation is connected and in use without a copy of the wiring permit posted at the job site, the normal inspection fee, as required by chapter 20:44:20, shall be increased by $25.
