ARSD 20:48:16:11. Certified nurse aide registration -- Skills evaluator qualifications

A certified nurse aide skills evaluator must:
(1) Hold a registered nurse license or privilege to practice in this state;
(2) Have a minimum of one year of clinical experience caring for older adults or the chronically ill of any age; and
(3) Not be employed as the director of nursing in a nursing facility.
