ARSD 20:66:03:03. Reporting continuing education

Each physical therapist and physical therapist assistant must sign a statement to confirm completion of the continuing education hours required in § 20:66:03:01 on the license renewal application, and must present proof of completion if requested by the State Board of Physical Therapy.
