ARSD 20:69:15:09. Notification required for cancellation

If insurance under equivalent coverage is to be lapsed or nonrenewed, the providing company must notify the Real Estate Commission of its intent to lapse or nonrenew a minimum of 30 days before the expiration date of the term.
