ARSD 20:74:04:15. Approval of out-of-state courses

If a South Dakota home inspector enrolls in a continuing education course approved by and offered in another state, that course may be used to meet continuing education requirements in South Dakota. The licensee must provide proof of course completion and the other state's approval before the commission may accept the credits. The licensee must apply for approval of the out-of-state course, on a form provided by the commission, within 60 days after the date that the course was completed.
