ARSD 20:75:01:02. Board meetings -- Elections

The board shall elect a chair, vice-chair, and secretary-treasurer annually at the first meeting of the fiscal year, which shall be held in July or August. The board shall meet at other times upon the call of its chair or upon written request of three or more members of the board.
