ARSD 24:28:06:14. Dual credit contracted employee exemption

An instructional employee under contract to a regionally-accredited institution of higher education or postsecondary technical institute who is not regularly employed for instructional purposes in a public or department-accredited school and provides instruction in a dual credit course is exempt from the requirement of holding a teaching certificate.
