ARSD 24:28:07:03. General requirements

The applicant shall: (1) Have a master's degree or higher from a regionally-accredited institution of higher education; (2) Complete an approved school superintendent or principal program from a regionally-accredited institution of higher education; (3) Complete South Dakota Indian studies; and (4) Provide a written recommendation from the designated recommending official of the regionally-accredited institution of higher education, which verifies the applicant's satisfactory completion of the approved program and specifying the applicant's: (a) Degree program; (b) Major; (c) Preparation; and (d) Endorsement.
