ARSD 41:01:02:01. Definitions

As used in this title: (1) "Commission" means the game, fish and parks commission; (2) "Department" means the Department of Game, Fish and Parks; (3) "Secretary" means the secretary of the Department of Game, Fish and Parks; (4) "State Park System" includes state parks, state recreation areas, state nature areas, state lakeside use areas, the George S. Mickelson Trail, historic prairies and all associated structures; and (5) "Water Access Areas" includes lake access areas and fishing access areas as designated by the department.
