ARSD 41:03:01:04. Permit required for certain organized events

No person or organization may hold an event which charges an admission fee or registration fee or consists of over 50 people on lands owned, leased, managed, or controlled by the department without written permission from the secretary. An application to hold an event must be filed with the department no fewer than 15 days before the event.
