ARSD 41:04:02:16. Custer County public water safety zones

Custer County public water safety zones are as follows: (1) Sylvan Lake: (a) The waters of Sylvan Lake are an "electric motors only zone"; and (b) The waters in the area marked with buoys in the northeast portion of Sylvan Lake are a "public swimming zone"; (2) Legion Lake: (a) The waters of Legion Lake are an "electric motors only zone"; and (b) The waters in the area marked with buoys in the northeast portion of Legion Lake are a "public swimming zone"; (3) Center Lake: (a) The waters of Center Lake are a "no wake zone"; and (b) The waters in the area marked with buoys in the northwest portion of Center Lake are a "public swimming zone"; (4) The waters of Stockade in the area marked with buoys in the east portion are a "public swimming zone"; and (5) The waters of Bismarck Lake are an "electric motors zone."
