ARSD 41:04:06:05.02. Placement of buoys

In situations in which a department supplied sign would be impractical or not provide conspicuous notice to the public of closed portions of nonmeandered waters, the landowner shall acquire and set buoys in compliance with § 41:04:06:05.03.
