ARSD 41:07:01:19. Commercial take of white bass

White bass are declared to be rough fish for the purpose of contract commercial fishing. A holder of a rough fish removal contract may take and sell white bass from waters and in amounts dictated by the terms of the holder's rough fish removal contract.
