ARSD 44:67:04:06. Discharge planning

Each abortion facility shall have policies and procedures for discharge planning including the person responsible, members of the discharge planning team, a list of area agencies and resources, and a description of the process. Patients shall be offered assistance to obtain needed services upon discharge.
