ARSD 44:74:02:27. Mandatory reporting of allegations

A facility licensed by the department shall notify the department in writing, within 48 hours, of any alleged misconduct by a nurse aide related to abuse or neglect of an individual or to misappropriation of a patient's or resident's property.
