ARSD 44:77:01:07. Resident evaluation

The facility shall ensure an evaluation of each resident's needs is documented at the time of admission, annually thereafter, and upon a resident's significant change, to determine if the facility can meet the needs for each resident. The evaluation will be documented on a form developed by the department and maintained in each residents record.
