ARSD 61:31:01:01. Definitions

In this chapter, unless the context otherwise plainly requires, the term "bus" means any motor vehicle with a capacity of ten or more passengers, excluding the driver, which is owned or operated by a nonprofit organization or privately owned and operated under a contract with such an organization.
