ARSD 61:31:01:13. Safety kit and fire extinguisher

All buses shall be equipped with a 24-unit first aid kit and at least one dry chemical fire extinguisher having a capacity of at least two and one-half pounds, fully charged and firmly mounted to the vehicle in full view with easy access.
