ARSD 67:10:01:31. Department to investigate good cause claims

The department may investigate any good cause claim; however, the department shall investigate all good cause claims which are based on anticipated physical harm whenever the claim of physical harm cannot be supported by the evidence and the department believes the claim is credible.
