ARSD 67:12:06:07. Need standard when child regularly attending school

An otherwise eligible child who regularly attends a college, vocational school, or boarding school, as described in § 67:12:01:21, is included as a household member when determining the need standard to be used. No additional allowance for these educational arrangements is authorized.
