ARSD 67:12:06:37.02. Good cause for late filing of monthly report

The department shall consider an applicant's transition into a reporting cycle and circumstances that are beyond a recipient's control as good cause for late filing of the monthly report. If the recipient can verify good cause, the assistance may not be affected.
