ARSD 67:13:04:07. Postponement of scheduled disqualification hearing

An individual accused of committing an intentional program violation is entitled to one postponement of a scheduled disqualification hearing. The request for postponement shall be made at least 10 days before the scheduled hearing. The hearing may not be postponed for more than 30 days.
