ARSD 67:16:04:54.03. Method of establishing per diem rates -- Nondirect care costs of administration

When calculating the allowable payment for the nondirect care costs of administration for the state fiscal year 2005 and thereafter, the department shall pay 80 percent of the costs between the 105 and 110 percent ceilings. The department does not recognize any of the nondirect care costs of administration which exceed 110 percent.
