ARSD 67:16:14:18. Prior authorization for certain prescription drugs

The department requires prior approval of certain prescription drugs. Based on recommendations made by the department's P and T committee, the department shall determine which drugs are subject to prior authorization. The provider must obtain approval from the department before supplying drugs subject to prior authorization.
