ARSD 67:16:36:07. Claim requirements

A claim for services provided under the provisions of this chapter must follow the requirements established in § 67:16:01:29. The hospice facility shall submit a separate claim for each individual receiving hospice services and shall submit a new claim each time the individual's category of care changes during a calendar month.
