ARSD 67:16:49:08. Recovery of amounts overpaid

The department considers a payment made on behalf of a recipient for non-emergency medical travel assistance that exceeds the amount reimbursable under this chapter to be an overpayment and subject to recovery. The department may use a payment as an offset against an existing overpayment.
