ARSD 67:16:50:11. Level II State Intellectual Disability Authority determination

The State Intellectual Disability Authority shall complete a Level II evaluation using all evaluated data and completed assessments to determine if an individual requires the level of services provided by the medicaid-certified nursing facility and if specialized services are appropriate.
