ARSD 67:16:50:14. Termination of a preadmission screening and resident review

The preadmission screening and resident review process may be terminated by the State Mental Health Authority or State Intellectual Disability Authority at any time during the evaluation or determination if the individual being evaluated is found to not have a serious mental illness or an intellectual or developmental disability.
