ARSD 67:42:05:24. Living space requirements

A family foster home must have:
(1) Safe drinking water;
(2) Appliances for the preparation of hot meals;
(3) A toilet, sink, and tub or shower in operating condition;
(4) Adequate light, heat, and ventilation; and
(5) A working telephone.
