ARSD 67:42:18:23. Water source and temperature

A kinship foster home must derive the water used by any household member for consumption and bathing from a public water system or other potable water source. Hot water from plumbing fixtures normally utilized by a kinship child may not exceed one hundred twenty degrees Fahrenheit.
