ARSD 67:42:18:29. Nutrition requirements

A kinship foster parent shall ensure a kinship child has meals that are sufficient to meet the child's nutritional needs. The kinship foster parent shall adhere to any special diet prescribed by a physician or dietitian for the kinship child.
