ARSD 67:61:02:15. Denial of accreditation

If the department denies the accreditation of an agency, the department must send notice of the denial to the agency by certified mail, return receipt requested, within sixty days of the final review. The notice of denial must inform the agency that the denial is effective fifteen days after receipt of the notice.
