ARSD 67:61:04:02. Statistical data

Each agency shall submit to the department statistical data on each client receiving services in a manner agreed upon by the department and the agency. The agency shall provide statistical data on all services in accordance with the state management information system, and any other data required by the department and state and federal laws and regulations.
