ARSD 67:62:10:01. Eligibility criteria

Individuals are eligible for outpatient clinic services if they have a mental disorder, with the exception of: (1) Substance-related and addictive disorders; and (2) Developmental disabilities unless they co-occur with another diagnosable mental disorder.
