ARSD 74:02:01:40.01. Cancellation of irrigation location notice -- Retention as stock water location notice

If the water permit, or right being canceled is an irrigation dry draw location notice where the irrigation from the dam has been abandoned but the storage dam described on the notice is being used for stock water, the irrigation use shall be canceled and the location notice shall be retained as a stock water domestic use location notice filing.
