ARSD 74:04:09:06. Documentation requirements for demonstration of adequate technical, managerial, and financial capacity

New water systems must submit the following in order to obtain a certificate of approval: (1) New water system application as set forth in § 74:04:09:07; (2) A business plan, which includes a facilities plan, management plan, and financial plan, as set forth in § 74:04:09:08; and (3) Plans and specifications.
